    Bottled Water PH

    Bottled Water PH

PH is the measure of acidity in a liquid. PH scale varies between 114 being 7 is neutral while anything below 7 is considered acidic and anything above 7 is alkaline. Water ,specially drinking water suppose to be 7 which is neutral not acidic nor alkaline but unfortunately most of drinking waters are below 7 which means they are acidic and you are digesting acid but diluted one which can harm your teeth on long term use and unfortunately most people try to pamper themselves by buying bottled water but is every bottled water is mineral water?

Of course not! mineral water is coming from springs and bottled water is coming from the tap but filtered type.. any way when buying (water which is in bottles!!) consider:

    1. That it is mineral water
    2. The PH should be 7 or 7.1, 7.2 but definitely not below 7.
    3. Visit your dentist every 6 months for follow up for your mouth and teeth condition.
