Tooth Paste

9 out 10 patients drop into my surgery ask me to recommend them the best toothpaste, and my answer is that for normal conditions all toothpaste are standard in the sense that they contain “Fluoride” the active ingredient to fight dental caries.

Of course I am talking about normal conditions and not any condition in particular (like sensitivity of gum problem..etc). I don’t recommend any particular toothpaste, different companies have different additives like more mint taste which make the person feel more fresh or like more detergent which gives more foam to make the user feel that the paste is cleaning more.

My advice use the tooth paste you comfortable with.
