    The Right Toothbrush

It became these days confusing to buy a tooth brush not only the right one. With the so many shapes, sizes and styles of toothbrushes in the market, . Here’s what you should look for:

*Most dental professionals agree with me that soft-bristled,Small-head brushes are best for removing plaque and debris from teeth since they can better reach all areas of the mouth.

*The best toothbrush is that fits your mouth and allows you to reach all teeth easily when it comes to the type of handle, shape of the head (tapered or rectangular) and style of bristles (such as rippled, flat or trimmed ).

*Generally select a reputable branded brushes rathar than commercial ones.

*When it comes to auto/ powered toothbrush, it is a good alternative, particularly for those who have difficulty in brushing or who have limited manual dexterity like (Arithritis) but again make sure that it is comfortable to hold and easy to use.
*Replace your toothbrush when it begins to wear off, or every three month whichever comes first.
